1. Driver’s Age and License Requirements
To rent a car in Cyprus, the driver must be at least 23 years old, hold a category B driving license, and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

2. Customer Responsibilities
By using the car hire service at Larnaca Airport, the customer agrees to:
- follow the rental contract terms and the traffic laws of the Republic of Cyprus;
- drive the car only on public roads, and only by the person listed in the rental contract (unless an additional driver is specified);
- not use the vehicle for commercial purposes, taxi services, or transporting passengers for a fee;
- avoid driving in snow areas, forests, or off-road terrain;
- not exceed the number of passengers allowed by the car’s seating capacity;
- never leave the car unattended or unlocked, and always park it in authorized parking spaces;
- notify the company immediately in case of an accident, call the police, and take all necessary measures to ensure safety.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the territory of the Republic of Cyprus without prior approval.
Reservations apply to a vehicle class, not to a specific car model.
Rates are valid only for bookings made online.
3. Rental Fees and Deposit
The total rental cost is specified in the rental agreement and can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
A fully refundable deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the rental period, provided no damage has occurred.
Legal entities can also pay via bank transfer.
4. Minimum Rental Period and Online Bookings
The minimum rental period is 2 days.
Bookings can be made online or by phone.

5. Late Return and Contract Extension
If the vehicle is returned later than agreed, the following late fees apply:
- First hour: €5/hour
- Next 3 hours: €7/hour
- After 3 hours: a full-day rate is charged
A delay of more than 4 hours without notifying the company (verbally or in writing) will result in the vehicle being reported as stolen to the police.
Contract extensions are possible under the same terms and rates as the original agreement.
6. Company Obligations
The rental company agrees to provide the customer with a car in good technical condition, along with the necessary documents and keys, once the rental contract is signed.
7. Insurance and Road Taxes
All vehicles include third-party liability insurance (TPL), Damage Collision Waiver (DCW), and Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
The standard insurance covers damages not caused by the customer.
The rental fee includes technical inspection and road taxes.
Additional insurance can be requested for children, luggage, valuables, passengers, or comprehensive coverage (casco), with or without a deductible.
8. Out-of-Hours Service
A €20 surcharge applies to all rentals or returns made outside of normal working hours.
9. Cross-Border Rentals and Territorial Restrictions
Crossing the border outside the Republic of Cyprus is strictly prohibited.
Crossing into Northern Cyprus is allowed only with prior written permission from the rental company.
